Eyes that know the pain you will feel gaze out upon your life. There is hesitance there, perhaps guilt, but mostly it is wanting. There is hope. Hope above all things that despite all that lands in your path, that with whispered guidance you will find your way.

How discordant the notes that play in her heart. The fear of removing your choice from you. The worry that to do anything else is to abandon. How much harder it is than sounds.
